Koster is the founder and President of .4U.com. Born and educated in Europe, he has a track record of a large variety of International projects, which have taken him from Africa, South America and the Caribbean to the United States.

With the on-going demand for dot com names, he has decided together with the ICANN accredited registry Neustar to develop .4U.com into the new level of available .com domain extensions for the Internet.

Jack Moss – CFO

Moss has 25 years of financial and business experience. He currently serves as the CFO of .4U.com and is responsible for financial reporting, equity and debt placement, and investor relations.

Barbara Koster – VP Business Development

Koster has an extensive business background including International banking, corporate operations, film development and production, and computer science engineering.

Her skill sets include the ability to explain complex concepts, high cognitive and logical reasoning abilities and an understanding of customer challenges.

DeFee has more than thirty years experience in IT and business management. A detail-oriented IT professional with a proven ability to develop teams and lead them to the creation and timely implementation of effective and reliable technology-related business solutions.

Thomas Barrett – Senior Advisor

Barrett company is the premier registrar for .4U.com domain names. He is the President of Boston-based Encirca. He founded Encirca, which is an ICANN Accredited Registrar.

In 2016, he was selected to be the Vice Chair of the ICANN NomCom2 Review Working party. In 2017 and 2016, he served as the elected NomCom representative for the Register Stakeholder Group.

Gerald Kovach – SVP, Strategy

Kovach has over 40 years of senior executive government and business experience and has served as Executive Director at the National Academy of Sciences, Chief Counsel and Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate, Presidential Transition Team appointee, Senior Vice President at MCI Communications Corporation, and Senior Vice President of External Affairs at NeuStar, Inc.
